Helpful Tips For A Great My Little Pony Birthday Cake

There are 3 ways that we know of (I'm not saying there aren't more, these are the ones we know of) to make a really cool My Little Pony cake. Here they are:

My Little Pony 7.5x10 Edible Birthday Cake Image

Best suited for a quarter sheet cake, but can be centered onto a half sheet or full sheet cake also!  Transform your plain old cake into a My Little Pony Masterpiece.

They are made with edible food coloring inks printed on real frosting sheets! The result is a very unique, and great looking!

How does it work?  Once you receive your cake image and are ready to use it:
1) Your cake should be ready to go and freshly frosted. Buttercream icing is recommended, but any icing (even a frozen ice cream cake) will work. Only use plain white frosting; other colors will distort the appearance of your image.  

2) Carefully remove it from it's packaging. Gently remove the image from it's ziploc bag. Only remove the image when you are ready to use it. If you have difficulty peeling the image from the wax paper backing, place it in your freezer for 10 to 15 seconds.  

3) Make sure your cake icing is not dry and is still fresh and moist. If not, apply a fine mist of water.  

4) Carefully apply the image to the cake. Make sure your hands are dry and nothing wet touches the printed side of the image, as this may result in smearing. Gently smooth out any wrinkles.  

5) Add any further decorations, such as borders or candles.
